We are searching for a Senior Project Designer and Manager to join our growing team! This is an incredible opportunity for a licensed architect looking to grow into leadership and have the opportunity to mentor team members.

This person will be located in our Lexington office.

Ideal candidates will already have:

• At least ten years of project management experience

• At least ten years of successfully developing solutions and producing through all phases of design

• At least six years of licensure

• Strong communication skills and team collaboration

• Solid foundation of technical knowledge

• Confident in managing project budgets and schedules

• Find energy and excitement in working with our client base and consultants
